Sales Tax
Resellers who has a
Resale Certificate
is exempt from paying sales tax, otherwise 8.9% sales tax will
only apply to a resident of Washington State (or with a
Washington State address). Sales tax is not applicable to any
other state resident or anyone else who lives outside the U.S.
Payment Methods
We accept all major credit
cards through Paypal. We prefer credit card transactions.
However, we will honor any other payments through Paypal as long
as they clear with the bank first. Until then, the status of
the order will not be regarded as confirmed.
Shipping Charge
Shipping charges differ from
item to item because the size and weight of each item varies. We
will charge a reasonable amount for shipping and promise that we
will not make profit from these fees. When you have finished
shopping and have arrived at the checkout screen, the price of
the shipping charge will be shown. If you are unsatisfied with
the amount, the transaction can be ended immediately and no fee
will be charged.
Return/Refund Policy
You may return an item in
its original condition and packing for a refund or credit within
7 days of receiving it. Shipping charges are not refundable. All
returns must be accompanied with the shipment slip. After a
return has been received, it will take 1-2 weeks to process the
credit through Paypal. We suggest insured returns for your
protection.
Backorder
We try to show only those
items that are in stock. However, in case an item you ordered
gets out of stock, it will not be back-ordered automatically.
This is to avoid duplicated orders from customers.

private and will not be sold or given to others without your

Credit Card Rejection
If your
card is rejected for any reason, we'll notify you that the
products cannot be delivered. The products are not confirmed as
a complete purchase until we process the credit card
transaction. Therefore your order will be cancelled if the card
does get rejected. If this occurs, please update your credit
card information prior to making a new purchase. You should also
update your credit card or delivery address information in
general for a speedy delivery. |
